  I have know idea why this place has such bad reviews. I started not to go because of the reviews but I'm so glad I ignored them! This was the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. The food was fresh and hot. Especially liked the quite environment of the restaurant. It was really clean. The service was amazing! Can't say enough good things about this place!

  Won't be back!  Came to have lunch and spend time with the people I was with but that didn't happen.  The owner had a very loud conversation on speaker phone the entire time.  Booth behind us complaining about it as well.  Spoke with two different employees about it and the response was "that's the owner".   Well Mr. Owner your rude treatment to your customers will cost you your customers.  Hope it was an important conversation cause not a single one from our party will be back!

  The food was ok today.  The owner however was sitting in the middle of restaurant and conducting business is such a loud manner my self and my party could not have a quiet conversation because we could not hear each other    Even after asking the wait staff to ask him to lower his voice he continued, we will not be back !!!!

  The food was good.   Worst lunch ever due to the owner yelling into his phone in the middle of the dining room while we were trying to eat.  The employees would not say anything to him because they were scared of him.    I will never eat here again and I recommend the same for everyone else.

  Came here after the place next door had a line out the door. Poncho's came recommended from my friend. We were promptly seated and our drink order was taken and chips and salsa came out at that time. The salsa is some of the best I've had not including the salsa I get at home.
  
  After reviewing the menu I made my selection and was ready to order so I thought. I found something interesting today at this Tex-Mex restaurant. I found the unicorn .
  
  I thought I would never see nor did I think it existed but it does the word "or" between rice and beans. So on my selection of dinner I must make a choice between the rice or beans. Hmmm I told her that those go hand and hand how could they make me chose. I altered my selection and this other plate came with both.
  
  The food came out hot and tasted fresh. I did not hear any complaints from the others in my party about their food. I'm a fan and would come here again.
